This site (www.conjuntocalichal.com) is the official website of Conjunto Calichal, a music group based in the Tarapacá Region, Chile. Site administration and the handling of contact and booking data are carried out by WizakPRO (https://www.wizakpro.com), the group's exclusive representative.

This site has no sign-up forms, creates no user accounts and sells no products through a payment gateway. We therefore collect no personal data automatically beyond the minimal technical data any web visit generates (IP address, browser type and pages visited), processed by the hosting provider for security and service availability.

The personal data we do process is only what you voluntarily give us when you write to us by email or WhatsApp: name, organisation, phone, email and details of your event or order.

To answer your enquiry, prepare a booking quote, arrange a tour date, handle a merchandise order and keep the associated commercial record.

We do not use your data for automated advertising, we do not build profiles, and we neither sell nor transfer it to third parties. We share only what is strictly necessary with event production when you have asked us to.

Processing is based on your consent when contacting us and on performance of the resulting pre-contractual or contractual relationship, under Chilean Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life and any legislation replacing or supplementing it.

We keep communications for the duration of the commercial relationship and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations.

You may at any time request access to, rectification, deletion or blocking of your personal data, and object to its processing.

To exercise these rights, write to contacto@wizakpro.com setting out your request. We reply within two business days.

This site embeds Spotify and YouTube players that load only if you accept third-party cookies. Until you load them, those services receive no information about you from this site.

We also link to social media profiles and to the WizakPRO website. Once you leave this domain, those services’ own privacy policies apply and we have no control over them.

This site is aimed at a general audience and does not knowingly request data from children under 14. If you find that a minor has given us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The date of the latest update is always shown at the top of this page.
